I will give you a completly example of real life goal that I used as well so the idea will gain life in your head so lets look at example of Learning Spanish with 3 steps.

The Secret Quadrant (Step 1) lays out the roadmap. You know the big components of language learning: vocabulary, grammar, and conversation.
Smallest Unit of Time (Step 2) breaks down this roadmap into weekly chunks. Each week you're only focusing on one small part of the larger picture, making it less overwhelming and more structured.
Inverted Pyramid Method (Step 3) ensures daily progress towards your weekly targets. You prioritize tasks by importance and urgency, ensuring the most critical aspects of your weekly goal get the most energy and attention.
By the end of 12 weeks, not only have you made significant progress in learning Spanish, but you've also experienced how interconnected and mutually reinforcing these three steps are. In the Secret Quadrant, instead of a daunting "Become fluent in Spanish," you have three clear, actionable sub-goals. Each of these is a manageable piece that contributes to your overall fluency.
Goal: You want to become fluent in Spanish.
Breakdown in the Secret Quadrant:
Sub-goal 1: Learn 1000 most common words.
Sub-goal 2: Understand basic Spanish grammar.
Sub-goal 3: Hold a 5-minute conversation in Spanish.
Step 2- Smallest Unit of Time
Now that you've got your action plan, it's time to make each step urgent and important. This is where we talk about the Smallest Unit of Time.
