'I DID NOT PULL THE TRIGGER,' SAYS BALDWIN.

In his first interview with ABC News following the incident, Baldwin stated that he did not pull the trigger and that the gun went off while he was practicing camera angles with Hutchins.

According to investigators, Baldwin was on the phone looking for footage, photos, or other information about the film.
