12 Habits of People with High IQ - Qpidi

Everyone has some habits they do with knowing or without their knowledge but did you know some habits are the sign of high intelligence quotient (IQ).

What is IQ?

IQ, or Intelligence Quotient, is a measure of a person's cognitive abilities and potential. It is usually determines through standardized testing that assesses your various cognitive functions. These are including problem-solving, reasoning, memory, and mathematical skills, among others. An IQ score aims to represent an individual's intellectual ability compared to the general population, with the average score typically set around 100.

What is Habit?

A habit is a regular behavior or routine that is performed often, usually automatically, without much conscious thought. Habits can be actions or patterns of behavior that people develop over time, and they can be either positive or negative in nature.

It turns out that every habit starts with a psychological pattern called a "habit loop," which is a three-part process. First, there's a cue, or trigger, that tells your brain to go into automatic mode and let a behavior unfold.

"Then there's the routine, which is the behavior itself," Duhigg tells Fresh Air's Terry Gross. "That's what we think about when we think about habits."
